About Me
I finished this book at age 26/27; thereafter,
wrote query letters and received rejection letters. Then real life happened suddenly - somewhat spontaneously. I always dream of being a professional writer, living abroad, being sought after . . . But not the MFA, creative-workshop-taught-type. The living-by-learning, choosing my own adventures, crossing boundary lines, in-constant-observation-type.
During college I spent summers at the beach,
and 1 in Juneau, Alaska. I joined the Peace Corps after college in VT. I'm the youngest of 5 in a PA Dutch family that hasn't uprooted since the American revolution. After African dreams (Corpa da Paz), I adjusted to the U.S.A. again in the Rocky Mtns. of CO - till I landed an internship in Austria! LOVE, , , !?& Children$$.
